.**_Job Summary_**Responsible for assisting the HR Manager with all activities related to HR to support the organization, including recruitment, training, organization development, employee relations, compensation initiatives and HR measurements in purpose of supporting the Juarez, MX plant.**_Job Responsibilities_**- Lead employee initiatives such as Eaton Philosophy Work Practices (Communications, Rewards, Performance Management, Employee Selection, Training, Employee Involvement, Work Practices).- Lead implementation of strategic initiatives to build organizational capability by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.- Implement and manage training programs, such as new employee orientation, front line leadership, selection and assessment training, and other key training initiatives while evaluating and revising programs as necessary.- Monitor and maintenance of corporate metrics, such as Retention, Turnover, Attendance, Casual Absenteeism, etc.- Provide support to both US & MX National employees.- Recruitment, Sourcing & Selection of production personnel, including interviewing, reference checking, processing, and orientation.- Performs special projects as assigned by the HR Manager.- Follow-up to new hires- Follow-up to monthly and annual training plan.**Qualifications**:**_ Qualifications_**- Preferred education level:_- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field.
