Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a HR Supervisor.**What you'll do**:- Responsible for assisting the HR Manager with all activities related to HR to support the organization, including recruitment, training, organization development, employee relations, compensation initiatives and HR measurements in purpose of supporting the Juarez, MX plant.- Lead employee initiatives such as Eaton Philosophy Work Practices (Communications, Rewards, Performance Management, Employee Selection, Training, Employee Involvement, Work Practices).- Lead implementation of strategic initiatives to build organizational capability by attracting, developing and retaining top talent.- Implement and manage training programs, such as new employee orientation, front line leadership, selection and assessment training, and other key training initiatives while evaluating and revising programs as necessary.- Monitor and maintenance of corporate metrics, such as Retention, Turnover, Attendance, Casual Absenteeism, etc.- Provide support to both US & MX National employees.- Recruitment, Sourcing & Selection of production personnel, including interviewing, reference checking, processing and orientation.- Performs special projects as assigned by the HR Manager.- Follow-up to new hires- Follow-up to monthly and annual training plan**Qualifications**:1. Education level require: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field.2. Years and area of experience required: +3 years experience in Human Resources.**Skills**:- 3. Technical knowledge- English preferred.- Strong leadership, coaching & influence management skills.- Superior knowledge of the HR function and significant experience with organizational effectiveness.- Knowledge of US & Mexican Labor Law preferred.- 4.
