Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**:- The Global Services & Delivery Team will impact the "Employee Experience" by ensuring that every interaction with employees across all our global sites is consistent and authentic.- HR Systems Analyst is the one responsible to ensure HR ERP & Payroll Systems are accurately running on a daily basis.- HR Systems Analyst is the main point of contact for leaders across different areas to fulfill reporting needs from Payroll system- HR Systems Analyst is responsible for partnering with the Payroll supplier to troubleshoot system-related errors.**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:**Under the supervision of HR Systems Administrator**:- Understand client requirements for reports creation and/or process automation using HR Systems.- Ensure data in HR Systems are transferred successfully from SuccessFactors and Payroll systems- Handle new configuration & other requirements related to payroll systems.- Take ownership of Payroll issues resolution- Payroll System Access Control & users support- Clock System Administration- Partner with System Administrator for any SuccessFactors-related tests- Provide HRIS training for end users- Participated and lead of organizational needs related to HRIS.- Creates process documentation and user guides.- SOX Compliance controls execution.**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:- Bachelor Degree in Systems Administration.- 2-3 years of experience in HR Systems Implementations (Success Factors, Payroll Systems, HR Kiosk)- Experienced on Human Resources processes.- Project management experience- Translate business requirement into technical specifications.- Bilingual (English & Spanish)- Strong communication skills, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, customer service, leadership.- Ability to manage and prioritize competing priorities- Ability to handle confidential information
