Human Resources recognizes us as the first stop for "the what" in systems enablement, as experts in providing solutions support to complex business problems, and as the gateway to IT.The HR Systems Program/Project Manager is an intermediate level position with varying responsibilities but primarily responsible for Program/Project Management of major Plan of Record directives. This position will oversee the implementation of global HR initiatives utilizing HR and IT resources to achieve the desired result.Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:Collaborate with HR and IT project managers to complete project objectives on-time and within budgetDevelop, control, update the project planDevelop project team structure and identify roles and responsibilities/expectations for each team memberPoint of contact for sponsors and stakeholders regarding projectFocuses on scope, cost, schedule, resources, risks, critical dependencies, constraints, and outcomesCommunicates project status to sponsors and stakeholders on regular basisEnsures that each project phase is completed, reviewed, and signed off by sponsorsEnsures that the project team works effectively to achieve objectivesTracks Issues, driving ownership and resolutionOwner of project documents (project plan, action logs, issues logs, decision logs, etc.)Approves strategy documents (deployment, testing strategy, etc
