Human Resources recognizes us as the first stop for "the what" in systems enablement, as experts in providing solutions support to complex business problems, and as the gateway to IT.The HR Systems Program/Project Manager is an intermediate level position with varying responsibilities but primarily responsible for Program/Project Management of major Plan of Record directives. This position will oversee the implementation of global HR initiatives utilizing HR and IT resources to achieve the desired result.Responsibilities:Collaborate with HR and IT project managers to complete project objectives on-time and within budgetDevelop, control, and update the project planDevelop project team structure and identify roles and responsibilities/expectations for each team memberPoint of contact for sponsors and stakeholders regarding the projectFocus on scope, cost, schedule, resources, risks, critical dependencies, constraints, and outcomesCommunicate project status to sponsors and stakeholders on a regular basisEnsure that each project phase is completed, reviewed, and signed off by sponsorsEnsure that the project team works effectively to achieve objectivesTrack issues, driving ownership and resolutionOwn project documents (project plan, action logs, issues logs, decision logs, etc.)Approve strategy documents (deployment, testing strategy, etc
