HR Systems leads and manages HP's HR Systems, Data and Technology Enablement. Human Resources recognizes us as the first stop for "the what" in systems enablement as experts in providing solutions support to complex business problems, and as the gateway to IT.
**Job Summary**
This role is responsible for
- Working on problems of moderately complex scope.
- Working with the team to provide analysis of information (with limited project direction input).
- Exercising independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action.
- Following established guidelines and interpreting policies.
- Evaluating unique circumstances and making recommendations.
**Responsibilities**
- Application of the software lifecycle development e.g., requirements, build, test, implementation with a focus on Workday security
- Understands HR SaaS Platform security models; Workday is a plus.
- Implements and manages multiple parts of process delivery with team guidance and instructions including any security audits.
- Provides analytical support and analysis for priority projects that impact employees at the country level and may lead projects of low complexity.
- Resolves HR support cases of moderate to high complexity that cannot be answered immediately through HR support teams.
**Education & Experience** Recommended**
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in compensation, benefits, finance, and/or human resources or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

- Advanced knowledge of Workday security configuration
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis skills desired e.g. Advanced knowledge in spreadsheets and database is preferred.
- Basic project management skills, including planning, execution, and implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation preparation and delivery.
- Developed level of process knowledge and expertise in back-end processes.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Ability to work independently in a team environment and with guidance on more complex issues and decisions.
