**HR Talent Management Director**
**Main Purpose**
This role will provide operational leadership for all aspects of PepsiCo Talent Management agenda, including project portfolio, technology and end-user support and communications.
Portfolio includes but not limited to Performance/Succession (over 65,000 employees), Global Surveys and Assessment, (all 265,000 employees in 80 countries).

**Accountabilities** / Responsibilities**- Accountability for all vendors that support Global Talent Management related process
- Partner with the COEs in support of global issues/initiatives and provided feedback/recommendation on changes proposed by COE
- Design and continually improve TM processes and roles leveraging leading practices and enabling technologies
- Stay abreast of latest technology and recommend solutions for existing process enhancements and/or conduct RFPs to replace current tools
- Lead, deploy and manage the TM service catalog, metrics, and support model delivered via hub teams
- Deliver solutions for new requirements and enhancements to the Talent platforms
- Develop and test business processes, capabilities, architecture; Lead RFPs, vendor selection, Contracting, Implementation
- Lead, deploy, manage and continuously improve surveys and assessment tools on platforms across PepsiCo (OHS, Multi-Rater, Pulse, etc.)
- Lead the assessment of external and internal technology capabilities required to achieve desired competitive positioning.
- Build business case, explain functionality, provide progress on projects to the leadership teams
- Educate and train Vendor Teams regarding PepsiCo processes
- Disseminate platform updates, enhancements, change impacts, and performance issues to Solution Delivery Teams as well as Business partners
- Working with 3rd party vendors and PepsiCo's Systems and Platform team to provide solution sets
- Develops knowledge and expertise for training and developing others within Global HR Ops
- Identify and recommend solutions for needed configuration changes in partnership with Systems and Platforms team
- Acts as point of escalation on any issues that may arise, proactively identifying any such issues and resolving immediately
Qualifications:
**Qualifications / Requirements**- 10+ years of experience with HR processes and platforms and ability to develop and communicate vision that inspires and motivates staff and align to the Business Strategy
- Deep Service & vendor management experience
- Ability to drive organizational change and build capabilities that effectively balance the need to continuously evolve organizational efficiency with the need to deliver innovative and operational solutions that ensures the business explores and captures new opportunities
- Effective influencing and negotiation skills in an environment where resources may not be in direct control of this role
- In-depth functional knowledge of Talent Management
- Able to build and manage strong team as well as work in a matrixed environment
- Strong data and process skills
- Project and program leadership skills
- Experience in defining system requirements and integration
