This includes techno-functional leadership and guidance in the design and implementation of configurations, customization, enhancements, and changes to meet evolving business requirements.Roles and ResponsibilitiesCreates and modifies SAP HR applications following the specified SAP HR development guidelines.Collaborates with IT Architects & IT Consultants in virtual teams on the delivery of IT Product and Solution functionalities.Analyzes, develops, and implements code that satisfies respective design requirements.Utilizes relevant coding techniques and standards as defined by the Customer, IT Architects, PSO, and Solution Manager.Participates in tier 3 support activities, including incident management and the assessment and delivery of upgrades and patches.Provides continuity with IT Product/Solution and infrastructure management operational groups during service transition.Performs unit tests to ensure quality (including execution of test plans, debugging, and subsequent fixes).Assists in the design and development of proof of concept and prototype Solution/IT Product environments.Documents specifications and supports the creation of operational support manuals during the technical implementation.Performs detailed activity task management, including task estimates and task progress updates.Develops and maintains SAP HR code repositories according to established version management approaches and methods in alignment with Product Development Managers.Works as an HR Development consultant and supports technical activities.Interacts with HR customers in defining and finalizing the HR business requirements from a technical perspective.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar areas.Minimum of 5 years of SAP ABAP application development experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience developing ABAP applications for SAP HR/HCM processes.Hands-on experience in Data Migration and Interfaces using EDI, ALE, and IDoc.Hands-on experience in developing UI5 and FIORI based applications.Strong knowledge of OOP and its main principles.Working knowledge of all RICEF concepts (Reports, Interfaces, BDCs, Enhancements/Exits, Smart Forms).Hands-on experience with ABAP HR – Creation and Modification of Info types, LDB, and Clusters.Exposure to WorkDay would be an added advantage.Experience in interfaces (HCP, Success Factors & On-Premise).Experience or knowledge of Workflows – Creation and Modification.#J-18808-Ljbffr
