This position will be responsible for monitoring the intake and resolution of HR technology issues. Duties will include issue tracking, resolution, and documentation; process documentation and communication; and overseeing HR data integrity.**What You'll Be Doing**:- Provide support for HR colleagues by researching and resolving HR System problems, unexpected results, or process flaws.- Perform scheduled data audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies and recommend solutions or alternate methods to avoid recurrence.- Perform mass data uploads into Workday utilizing EIB processes and maintaining the EIB template library.- Write, maintain, and support a variety of documentation for HR Technology including business process workflows, user guides, and knowledge articles.- Work with other internal resources to develop user procedures guidelines and documentation.- Work with HR Technology Management to develop and ensure training materials are in place for new hires.**What We Are Looking For**:- Typically requires a 2-year degree in a related field.- 2 years of HR Technology experience preferred with direct responsibility in the areas of HR systems administration or maintenance.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English.- Must have a customer service mindset.- Experience using problem-solving methodologies and structured process analysis.- Advanced level Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.- Ability to handle multiple and varied priorities simultaneously and deliver within defined deadlines.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Highly effective in a team environment
