.Eaton's ES CRDS RESI Residential division is currently seeking a HR Training Lead.
**What you'll do**:- This position is responsible for developing, promulgating and leading employee training programs within the organization at all levels.
Determine current and future employee training needs, evaluate and improve training materials, and directly conduct training sessions.- Analyze organizational training needs and modify existing training programs or develop innovative new programs to meet the needs of our organization and employees.- Evaluate the performance and teaching methods of current instructors.
Provide recommendations for improvement in methods and training approaches.- Arrange on-the-job training for new hires and conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new staff members with correct procedures and processes.- Develop educational materials on a quarterly or annual basis as needed, including visual aids, multimedia learning tools and training manuals.- Schedule continuing skill development and technical training classes for existing staff members.
Stress the importance of continual growth and learning.- Cooperate with management to create and conduct surveys designed to identify specific training needs within the organization.- Utilize a variety of methods such as conferences, demonstrations, workshops, classroom training, meetings and on-the-job training to make continuous training and development an interesting and dynamic process.- Instruct supervisors and instructors in effective methods for dealing with employees and training them in their various responsibilities.- Coordination and / or execution of internal and external training- Coordination of the scholarship program- Ensure follow up and compliance with all legal/Systems/Customer requirements regarding training and development- On-boarding process implementation and improvement- Create and update organizational charts- Ensure compliance to OEA and C-TPAT.- Coordinates the elaboration and revision of the SPQs every year.- OD activities implementation and follow up"LI-AR7**Qualifications**:Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical field.3+ years of experience working as a Training Coordinator or similar position in the manufacturing industry (preferably in the electrical industry)**Skills**:- Experience performing quality system audits.- Experience creating yearly training plans and materials for all departments.- Legal legislation on Training and Development.- Experience in audits and processes with the STPS.- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).- Knowledge of training methodologies.- Knowledge of learning management systems.- Knowledge of Tress System (desired)- Microsoft Office skills.- English 85%.""- Teamwork.- Results orientation / Strong Sense of Urgency.- Strong problem-solving skills.- Coaching skills.- Communication skills
