**Descripción y Requisitos**
**Job Summary**:
This position is responsible for developing, promulgating and leading employee training programs within the organization at all levels.
Determine current and future employee training needs, evaluate and improve training materials, and directly conduct training sessions.
**1.
Education level required**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
**2.
Years and area of experience required**: 5+ years of experience working as a Training Coordinator or similar position in the manufacturing industry (preferably in the electrical industry).
**3.
Technical knowledge**:
- Experience performing quality system audits.
- Experience creating yearly training plans and materials for all departments.
- Legal legislation on Training and Development.
- Experience in audits and processes with the STPS.
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
- Knowledge of training methodologies.
- Knowledge of learning management systems.
- Knowledge of Tress System (desired)
- Microsoft Office skills.
- English 85%.
