Achelors degree, area of concentration based on local practices- 4 years of experience in Business HR or in a business function (desirable)- xperience on HR systems development (desirable)- luent English- upport local management of labor contracts and participate in negotiations, as required- upport Health and Safety activities, as required- articipate hourly recruiting and hiring as required- anage investigations, as required- esearch and resolve employee complaints, e.G. grievances- anage contractual requirements, e.G. apprentice programs, outside contracting, sourcing, union pay, hourly employee attendance and overtime authorization- acilitate the management and union working relationship- anage hourly workforce planning (e.G. shift preference/bumps, internal job bidding process, etc)- upport the management of HR Business Advisors, safety engineers, security, medical personnel, workers compensation, training personnel, and communication- Escalate issues to HR Business Partners or HR leadership team(s) as appropriate- ather requirements to help with the development of HR programs, processes and policies based on regional or local business needs- upport the analysis of data provided by CoEs/Shared Services and provide recommendations to address systemic issues- efer employees and People Leaders to Shared Services or the appropriate delivery model channel to get their HR inquiries answered- dvise and support People Leaders with employee relations matters- acilitate talent, employee engagement, team and organizational effectiveness and change management activities within the relevant department(s)- oach and support the ongoing development of People Leaders around their leadership effectiveness- rovide support to People Leaders, Employees or HRSS for escalated inquiries- ork closely with People Leaders and Union/Work Council Leaders on labor relations matters, providing front line support in the areas of hourly performance feedback, employee engagement, collective bargaining agreement interpretation, and addressing personnel, disciplinary and labor relations issues- upport the execution of people, workforce, and labor strategies (project and change acceptance)
