WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: Lead all aspects of completion and quality delivery of Human Resources processes such as performance management, career development, and employee relations initiatives, providing mentorship to leaders on issues such as organizational development and efficiency, and HR policies
Provide advanced generalist support and collaborate with Reynosa's Leaders to ensure the HR practices are supporting the operations of the business
Identify and recommend opportunities for strategic HR initiatives that grow our leaders and high-performing teams and reinforce our values and culture
Support the compliance processes and timely follow-up required in support of the company ethics and education programs
Support Managers with the development of their direct reports; design and implement practices for leaders and managers to attract, develop, and retain the best talent available on the market
Keep current on all employment and benefits legislation and reporting requirements, and align company policies, practices and procedures to ensure compliance.
YOU HAVE: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required
3+ years of validated experience as HRBP or HR Generalist
Preferred experience in Manufacturing
Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PPT.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances, thrive in a constantly changing business environment and handle multiple tasks.
Experience leading Payroll processes and Time and attendance (daily and weekly)
Support in contract terminations
Validated experience in Labor relations
Follow up disciplinary actions.
Integration/culture activities
Experience on events and communication.
