Ensure the culture & working environment is open, empowering, fair, and equitable.Manage the salary administration (salaries, benefits, bonus, and total cash compensation) to ensure internal equity and fair administration of Nestlé compensation philosophy.
Oversee the annual merit review cycle as well as periodic reviews of equity and promotions.Oversee the recruitment process including assisting managers in developing job descriptions, interviewing candidates, generating offers including compensation recommendations; managing new hire processes and onboarding.Organize and implement training/development programs with COE that meet the goals and objectives of the team/individual.
Assess, develop, and facilitate training sessions occasionally.Provide employee relations guidance and counsel to management and employees.
Ensure compliance with local labor law and Nestlé policies.
Conduct investigations of misconduct when required.
Establish relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, promoting and fostering an environment of open communication and honest, respectful feedback.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.5 years or more of experience in Human Resources, acting as HR Generalist/Specialist Role or Management Position in a corporate, manufacturing plant, distribution center, Sales or DSD Environment.Experience in leading/managing change in a corporate environment.Employee relations/coaching experience.Project Management experience.Experience in creating/maintaining a high-performance culture.Skills in building engagement & commitment (influencing, coaching, presentation, and facilitation).Experience in creating, analyzing, and utilizing metrics to monitor HR effectiveness.Effective communication and interpersonal skills
