POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Employee Relations Business Partner will focus on site support and activities that
improve local and network employee relations and must guarantee our organization conduct
of employees is fair and consistent with our framework of our core business values and
objective.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and maintain an optimal relashionship (legal, work enviroment) with union and company
Analyze labor relations internal trends and metrics in partnership with HR group to help develop solutions, programs and policies.
Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
High involvement in the operation with production employees, group leaders and supervisors
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
Conduct regular governance with respective business partners (supervisors or group leader)
Consult with line management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Works closely with supervision and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their role in relation to the standard ISO9001: 2015.
Comply with safety rules according to the function
Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.

Bachelor's degree
**Experience**:

3 years experience
**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
**Knowledge of English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
