**About the role**:
The HRBP will perform core, process-oriented tasks relating to HR, Recruitment, Performance & Talent, Reward, Engagement & Onboarding/Orientation, Organizational Effectiveness. You will also help to enable our EXS services for our GBS teams by ensuring managers and employees in GBS have clarity on the EXS services we offer and are confident to request HR services through AskKerry and our EXS team.
In this role you will work with our GBS Finance team (TBD) and Regional Extended Leadership team to support our HR priorities for our GBS Americas team, learn about a variety of specializations, processes and interact with business and HR stakeholders across the region.
**Key responsibilities**:
Key Responsibilities
Close collaboration with EXS & Facilities team to support end-to-end HR processes for employees, including but not
limited to:
- Answering employee queries & directing to EXS, where appropriate
- Supporting the Pre-boarding, On-boarding, Transfer and Leaver process
- Partnering with various stakeholders on employee engagement and communications activities
Support GBS People Priorities on activities relating to:
- Organizational Effectiveness
- Talent & Development
- Engagement & Communication
- Co-ordinating Extended Leadership Team Forums
- HR Reporting, Insights and Analysis - Monthly People Scorecard
- Learning & Leadership Development
Support in implementation of Global/Regional business initiatives and projects
Support the execution of annual HR processes including but not limited to:
- Annual performance review
- Pay Planning
- Talent Review
Working with our CoE and EXS team to support vendor management and communication (i.e. our Insurance &
Benefits partners / Workplace options our Employee Assistance Program provider)
Maintaining and revising the company's employee handbook on policies and procedures
**Qualifications and skills**:
Bachelors' Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or other related field with 7+ years experience in an HR related role
Ability to work effectively in a highly matrix organization and be an independent and proactive learner with a positive attitude
- Problem-solving mentality & adaptability in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment; experience of working in an MNC environment is strongly preferred
- Comfortable working in a diverse, matrix environment with good organiza?on skills and the ability to mul?-task
- Technically savvy in essental computer sofware (e.g. MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and writen communication and presentaton skills in English
