HRBP is a trusted advisor with the ability to understand and influence the business strategy and goals and translate them into actionable business aligned people strategies. As well, is a Coach on leader effectiveness and helps solving business problems through diagnostic thinking, effective questions and creative thinking.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES- Understand business objectives and needs, and broker the right HR strategy and solutions from Global Practices or external partners to meet client needs.- Supports the development and implementation of HR plans, programs, and tools with business leaders and Global Practices to build and enhance organizational capability.- Focus on strategic people issues, trends, and solutions that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business.- Develops trustworthy relationships with HR customers by being a trusted advisor with the ability to understand and influence the business strategy and goals and translate them into actionable business aligned people strategies.- Develops client-focused engagement and retention strategies.- Provide knowledge of HR services and solutions to the business, and ensure the effective business execution of HR practices, providing consultancy on HR initiatives including: relations with the Union, labor affairs, goal setting, mid-year and annual performance review, promotions and talent review / succession planning, total rewards, workfoce planning and payroll.- Applies an understanding of business strategy to tailor HR products and services to help leaders focus on high performing and robust leadership development for key talents.- Assist in the development of HR policies in order to satisfy legal requirements, cost containments and work environments.- Provide advice and counsel to internal customers on all human capital issues to ensure fair and consistent treatment
