An HR Business Partner is a professional who oversees HR operations, provides guidance to management, analyzes HR metrics, resolves employee relations issues, and suggests HR strategies aligned with business goals Create a best place to work practices, retention and growth strategies for all our human capital. Responsibilities - Customer facing and main connection with the HR Regional Support Team for any need in the organization. - Organization design and headcount management - Support and propose strategies to improve HR and Operations KPI´s - Organizational Culture support - Coordination annual Employees Opinion Surveys - Support to Middle Management team to provide guidance for retention strategies - Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department and suggest action plans based in key HR indicators - Promote initiatives to grantee a great work environment, build ethical philosophy and constructive connections between all the collaborators - Identify developing actions for teams and individuals aligned with the Talen Mapping and Succession plans
