We are now looking for our **HR Business Partner Americas (flexible location within Mexico, North America or Brazil)**, someone who is eager to support our growth ambitions and would like to play a key role in the Management Teams of Sales Americas Region and one of our global functions.
In this role, you will be a part of the global HR management team and liaise with managers/HRBPs in managing HR activities in accordance with our HR processes and compliant with labor legislation: Talent & Succession Management, Resourcing, Learning, Performance Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Engagement activities for the respective management teams so that the organization attracts, develops and retains employees.
You provide HR strategic and tactical support to ensure that Dormer Pramet current and future HR requirements are met according to the business needs and to the global HR Road Map.
**Key Performance Areas**:
- Provide guidance and advice to the respective management teams to actively raise understanding and expertise in people management.
- Responsible for managing the implementation and administration of the human resources programs, policies, and activities for all personnel in the offices across your region.
- Lead/coordinate and develop HR resources to ensure that Dormer Pramet business is well supported, strategy is implemented effectively, within budgets, and complies with all regulations, laws, and employment standards.
- Follow through on measures and activities needed to develop/maintain a culture of a high-performing organization and day-to-day workforce management.
- Work closely with country HR colleagues in the respective countries and common HR functions.
Your Profile:
- University degree with a specialization in Human Resources or similar
- Excellent leadership skills and capability to handle multiple stakeholders
- Goal oriented with a solid ability to get results through others
- Experience working in a cross-functional, matrix environment
- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
- Travels required within units
This position reports to - Vice President Human resources, Dormer Pramet.
