**Objective**
The HRBP Sr. Specialist PDC position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and PDC Management. Build relationships based on trust and collaboration to act as a key partner in business decisions, proposing value-added, strategic, and agile HR solutions to the customers.
Occupant must formulate strong partnerships across the HR function (COE´s and SSC), other departments (Production, Lean, Finance) and external entities (union, vendors) to provide business solutions that help achieve the PD Goals while guaranteeing a strong morale in the employees.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Ensure workforce planning strategy to fulfill business needs, owning the recruitment and onboarding processes, talent cycle management, succession plans, IDPs and performance.
- Provide effective and business-aligned HR solutions and guidance to both PDC leadership team and hourly employees.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations, aligned with Legal & Compliance and Labor area.
- Ensure an effective organizational structure that allow the PDC to fulfill the business needs according to operational strategy.
- Manage effective negotiations with the union and PDC Management regarding labor issues.
- Ensure a competitive compensation for the PDC team according to performance management cycles, salary administrations, position re-evaluations, etc.
- Guarantee hourly and management payroll and incidences.
- Ensure legal compliance with voluntary and involuntary terminations.
**Position Requirements**
- B Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, General Engineering, Advocacy/Law, Communication, International Relations, Engineerings
- At least 5-10 years of experience on diverse HR roles related to HRBP and/or Talent Development and/or Organizational Planning & Design and/or Labor Relations.
- Global Companies Experience is a differentiated.
- Software: Success factors, SAP, MS Excel and Power Point
- Behavioral Skills: Organized, Results Oriented, Strategic Vision, Team Player, Collaborative, People Development, Customer Focus, Cross-cultural Versatility, Communication skills, Analytics, Flexibility.
