**Objective**Work closely with business leaders to build their people capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared organizational objectives. Ensures that the necessary human resources strategies are carried out with integral solutions aligned to business needs and addressing opportunities to improve business performance.**Main Responsibilities**- Manages and defines HR strategies to achieve/support business objectives delivery in the short and long term.- Provides guidance, counseling, and support to business leaders and line managers in all HR topics to ensure correct decision-making.- Enhances culture and implements functional strategies in line with business priorities while managing the entire talent life cycle (hire to retire).- Manages strategic actions to promote healthy working relationships that strengthen employee engagement and increase retention.- Identifies training needs, evaluates and monitors training program/plans to ensure success and value-add to the business- Works closely with HR CoEs to provide local expertise for process definition promoting continuous feedback and ensuring governance of HR policies and processes.- Act as a change agent**Position Requirements**- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology- Master's Degree desirable- Customer Focus, Results-Oriented, Strategic Vision, Collaborative, People Development, Cross-cultural Versatility, Global Perspective- Experience required: 4-6 years on HR Roles / Personnel Administration- Experience in global companies and/or Manufacturing plants desired.- Languages: Spanish and English business level- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
