What do you get to do in this position? In constant partnership with his/her business leader, proposes efficient HR solutions (costs / time) that are suited to the business challenges and guarantees the application of Group HR policies. Provides consultation to management on issues such as the Annual Performance Plan, Affirmative Action policies and procedures, wage surveys, salary administration, Performance Management Process and/or employment law. Guides, supports and consults with location employees regarding career advancement and employee relations issues. Identifies training needs. Plans, develops and conducts in-house training programs. Assists HR Manager or Supervisor in developing, writing and implementing company policies and procedures. Coordinates company functions and activities and assists with special projects. May assist with administration and interpretation of the labor agreement. May also work with labor union and/or third party mediator to resolve issues.
