Schneider Electric has an opportunity for a HRBP in our Tlaxcala Xicotencatl location.

Customer First!Relationship Management (Business unit stakeholders, HRBP's, Candidates)Consult with and support hiring managers as a talent advisor: help to identify talent needs & continue to build out the professional recruitment hiring strategyPartner with key stakeholders to attract and retain diverse talentBuild strong business partnerships with HRBP's, influence & convince on talent and market related mattersProve and deliver a seamless experience for all stakeholders and to take advantage of partnership strategyAct as a Schneider brand ambassador to both internal and external candidates and stakeholders.Qualifications This job might be for you if:
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Human Capital, Business Administration or related fields.Prior experience in recruiting for Manufacturing companies preferred, but not required.Expert knowledge in full cycle recruiting.
