Responsibilities Job Description: Eastman HR Personnel and Org Management is looking for a HR Process and Systems Specialist who will work with the Eastman team on the day-to-day HR status change and organizational management of the SuccessFactors Employee Central module and SAP HR Personnel and Org Management database. Under the guidance of the HR Process and Systems Manager, this specialist will assist with the ongoing support of Employee Central global employee status changes and organizational structure maintenance. The HR Process and Systems Specialist will develop training materials and job aids for new functionality and update existing documentation as changes occur with the quarterly releases. In addition, the HR Process and Systems Specialist will participate in a variety of HR process improvement and automation projects as needed.
Qualifications Skills required: Must have demonstrated knowledge of a cloud Human Capital Management (HCM)system. The ideal candidate will have SuccessFactors HCM.
