**JOB DESCRIPTION****SUMMARY**:**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.- Maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include proper implementation of the processes, new modules, and data quality and consistency of ongoing production for all Mexico sites.- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, training, and guidance to HRIS users.- Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.- Provides training to all levels of the organization as required.- Works with HR Leaders and HRConnect Europe to ensure proper permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users and managers.- Advance report writing, analysis experience is required.- Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff.- Serves as a liaison between HR, information services, managers, and employees, for implementation, change management, and training.- Ensures confidentiality and security of personal data is maintained within the system for user and user access.- Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS technology.- Works with the HRIS Project Leader to, change communications, timelines for deployment in Mexico, and action plans to drive their success.- Daily project management regarding the system.- Works as the Liaison between the HRIS Project Leader and the Mexico HRC team.
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field required.
At least three years of related experience required.
**QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.- Must have advanced experience with people and systems change management.- Expert level excels, PowerPoint, Canva, and HRIS data management.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.- Ability to keep information confidential.- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.- Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of at least one commercial HRIS product.- Ability to adapt, understand and effectively communicate among diverse cultures.- Strong project management skills, going from diagnostic to implementation
