Hrs Representative – Generalist (Contact Center)

Job Description The HR Generalist works within a designated functional area in Human Resources as the key central point of contact for all Robert Bosch Mexico associates for general HR inquiries demonstrating broad HR knowledge and strong customer service skills.
1.
Provide general associate support on all related to Human Resources (HRIS, Staffing, C&B, Training, IA and Payroll) by receiving and responding inquiries via phone, e-mail, MyHR requests and managing SSF system an internal structure (tier 1 and tier 2).
2.
Provide general support to all sites HRBP/HRL and leaders on all areas related to Human Resources 3.
Develop and implement projects and/or improvements in the area 4.
Provide general support to deploy central and local policies and initiatives HR related.
