Job Description Your contribution to something big: Create organizational model Your tasks will be to maintain the organizational structure in the global COMPAS system. In Org. Management systems, you create positions and make changes as necessary. You will consult and coordinate with the HR Business Partners regarding reorganizations. You you will work with other colleagues in the HR environment as well as with employees and managers as part of reorganization projects.
