Job Title: Project Manager – HR Shared Services (Americas)Location: Monterrey, Queretaro, Reynosa, CDMXReports To: Program Manager, HRISOverview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our HR Shared Services team. This position will play a critical role in deploying HR technology and tools across North and Latin America. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful rollout of global and local HR systems, enhancing efficiency and user experience in the region.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Lead end-to-end implementation of HR tools and systems in North and Latin America, including global HR systems and region-specific solutions.Stakeholder Management: Partner with regional HR teams, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Business Process Mapping: Analyze and map HR business processes to ensure alignment and integration with technology solutions. Identify process improvements and streamline workflows to optimize efficiency across systems.Change Management: Drive change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies by local teams and ensure alignment with global HR initiatives.Timeline and Budget Management: Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring project milestones are met.Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deployment schedules.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to the Program Manager and senior leadership.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and external partners to configure, test, and roll out HR systems that meet regional requirements.Training and Support: Develop training materials and facilitate training sessions for end-users to ensure the effective use of new tools.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.5+ years of project management experience, preferably in HRIS or HR-related technology implementations.Strong understanding of HR processes, including talent management, payroll, and employee data management.Experience working in a multinational organization and managing regional/global projects.Fluency in English and Spanish required; fluency in Portuguese is a plus.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent.Effective vendor and contract management experience.Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Cultural awareness and ability to work effectively with diverse teams across regions.Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
