**Description****What You Will Do In Your Role****HR Case Management**:- Resolving HR Cases raised by our customers (Issues, system errors, end user questions).- Evaluate HR cases and seeks for opportunities to improve and automate recurring issues.- Identify educational opportunities from a business and support perspective.**Configuration Requests**:- Analyze and document functional requests.**HR Reporting**:- Develops, modifies, or runs new and/or existing HR reports on an ad hoc basis. This would include gathering requirements from end-users and document requirements.- Work with the Global reporting team on developing and testing of new standard reports.**HR system implementations**:- Supports implementation of Infor HR modules, T&A and Payroll.- Supports HRIS Implementation projects from Mergers & Acquisitions. This includes working closely with our customer and other capabilities within KGS to understand business processes, review current systems and define data requirements.- Evaluates current system capabilities and identifies system modifications that need to be made to support business processes.- Supports or leads Implementations at regional entities. Activities involve evaluating local requirements, working with local management to ensure requirements are addressed, training users, converting data and supporting entities on an ongoing basis.**Compliance**:- Understands, supports and complies with current KGS policies and practices related business programs. Has a high level understanding of what this might imply country by country within the EMEA region and applies this into the day to day work.**The Experience You Will Bring****Requirements**:- 2+ years in a similar role - Enjoys interacting with customers and capturing business requirements. Critical thinking related to troubleshooting and escalated support. Being comfortable dealing with ambiguous problems and thinking creatively to solve them.- Intermediate PC skills, including Microsoft Office- Ability to work effectively with others to achieve common goals and respond positively to situations- Experience completing assignments in a systematic and timely manner- Experience troubleshooting escalated technical issues- Ability to travel up to 5-10% (project dependent and may require travel to US)**What Will Put You Ahead**- Strong analytical skills- Bachelors Degree in a field related to business management, Human Resources or information management Experience with SAP, Infor, Kronos, or Dayforce
