Hse Engineer

As a HES Engineer, you will aid to develop and maintain the Environmental, Health and Safety Management System on a 4-facility site. You will actively participate in accident investigation, safety committees, audits accident investigation, safety committees, audits, training, and implementation of diverse projects related to HSE. You will promote a culture of HSE Excellence and a zero-accident philosophy.**JOB DUTIES**:- Support the follow up of actions derived from gembas, meetings, audits, incidents etc.- Support the development of the environmental management system- Support the development of the health and safety management system- Supervise the correct use of PPE on the production floor- Supervise contractors' activities, equipment, PPE, etc.- Supports in keeping the company's contingency plan up to date.- Investigates workplace accidents, determines their causes, and recommends corrective actions.- Development of risk analysis.- Executes and follows up on the HSE calendar activities for the fulfillment of the described activities.- Authorizes permits for non-routine work by evaluating the activity itself.**YOU MUST HAVE**:- Experience on ISO14001:2015 implementation or ISO45001:2018 Implementation.- At least two years of experience on HSE field.- English - Intermediate.- Proactivity.- Creativity.- Problem-solving skills**WE VALUE**:- Industria Limpia implementation experience.- HSE related certifications.**WHAT'S IN IT OR YOU?**:- Resideo's benefits above the Mexican law- Professional developmentAt Resideo, we bring together diverse individuals to build the future of homes.
