As a HES Engineer, you will aid to develop and maintain the Environmental, Health and Safety Management System on a 4-facility site.
You will actively participate in accident investigation, safety committees, audits accident investigation, safety committees, audits, training, and implementation of diverse projects related to HSE.
You will promote a culture of HSE Excellence and a zero-accident philosophy.
**JOB DUTIES**:
- Support the follow up of actions derived from gembas, meetings, audits, incidents etc.
- Support the development of the environmental management system
- Support the development of the health and safety management system
- Supervise the correct use of PPE on the production floor
- Supervise contractors' activities, equipment, PPE, etc.
- Supports in keeping the company's contingency plan up to date.
- Investigates workplace accidents, determines their causes, and recommends corrective actions.
- Development of risk analysis.
- Executes and follows up on the HSE calendar activities for the fulfillment of the described activities.
- Authorizes permits for non-routine work by evaluating the activity itself.
**YOU MUST HAVE**:
- Experience on ISO14001:2015 implementation or ISO45001:2018 Implementation.
- At least two years of experience on HSE field.
- English - Intermediate.
- Proactivity.
- Creativity.
- Problem-solving skills
**WE VALUE**:
