You will report directly to our HSE Manager and work out of our Tijuana, IA location on a hybrid work schedule.

Your expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and regulatory compliance will enable us to mitigate potential hazards and maintain a safe working environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and execute comprehensive HSE strategies that align with the organization's mission, fostering a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations, permits, and certifications.
• Develop and implement proactive safety measures, training, and policies to prevent accidents, injuries, and occupational illnesses in the workplace.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement engineering solutions and preventive measures.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans for HSE-related incidents, including accidents and environmental emergencies.
• Manage the HSE budget, including resource allocation and cost-effective solutions to maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental protection.
• Promote environmental sustainability by implementing eco-friendly practices and minimizing the environmental impact of the organization's operations.
• Establish and enforce stringent quality control standards in HSE engineering, conducting regular inspections and performance assessments.
• Collaborate with various internal departments, senior management, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication, training, and education on HSE matters.
