You will provide leadership and oversight to the HSE&F functions, activities, and performance for the site, establishing strong working relationships with the site leadership team and the employees. You will report directly to the Plant Director. You will be a key leader for the facility managing sustainable health and safety programs through the incorporation of impactful operating processes. You will ensure the manufacturing site keeps in front of leading practices in health and safety standards. Integrate, monitor, and support Health, Safety programs to ensure compliance with the applicable guidelines, procedures, and regulations. Incorporate continuous improvement using Resideo's Health and Safety initiatives.
