**Partner with the best**Responsible for roles that will typically be aligned to specific businesses or sectors.
This will include those EHS professionals involved in "designing for EHS" (NPI), individuals responsible for customer or industry engagement, and EHS professionals working at customer sites or projects but generally not managing teams of EHS professionals or regions.As the LATAM HSE Leader, you will be responsible for:- Contributing towards taking important decisions with business relevance or supporting business in making decisions understanding broader cross-functional implications- Communicating high-level concepts to senior leadership.
Frequent use of coaching and development of subordinates- Delivering specialized professional work delivered by single-layered team or professional work delivered by multi-layered teams- Coordinating with HSE professionals to whom the front-line service people report to and who also have regional responsibilities.- Assisting the front-line EHS people in the business resolve issues with customers and liaise with the regional Operations managers.- Advising Functional managers regarding approaches, processes, and procedures in the own field by communicating with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems- Leading a project of medium sized projects or is a major contributor to bigger projects.
Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete**Fuel your passion**To be successful in this role you will:- Have a Bachelor's degree education from an accredited university or college and 5 years of experience in Regional HSE Operations.- Have excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and leadership skills.- Be fluent in English and Spanish.- Be able to influence others and lead small teams, leading initiatives of moderate scope and impact while coordinating several projects simultaneously.- Be able to travel throughout LATAM for 60% - 70% of the time.As part of our commitment to the health and safety of our employees, customers and the communities in which we operate, this role requires full vaccination for COVID-19 prior to beginning work.
