We are looking for a talented HSE MANAGER to join our team specializing in HEALTH AND SAFETY for our POWER SYSTEMS BUSINESS in SAN LUIS POTOSÍ, SLP, MÉXICO.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the HSE site strategies and execution.
- Champion the CMI HSE initiatives and make sure the site is aligned with all of them.
- Coach and develop the HSE site team.
- Secure site compliance with the corporate and government regulations for HSE.
- Promotes safety culture in the sites for all levels.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Continuous improvement focus, Strategic Mindset
- Root Cause Analysis knowledge and experience.
- HSE systems and tools knowledge.
- Environmental standards knowledge.
- Safety focus culture champion.
- Business Continuity and Crisis Management experience.
- Master's degree preferred, Required Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering.
- 5-7 years' experience in support and management of HSE compliance required.
- 1-3 years' experience working with multiple sites/areas preferred.
- Direct experience with regulatory agency negotiations. (SEMARNAT, Public Institutions)
- Knowledge and experience with ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001 required.
- Desirable 50001 Energy Management knowledge.
