**HSE-QMS Supervisor Tlajomulco**Responsabilities:Ensure that all legal requirements and obligations related to health and safety work in addition to quality management system, both are aligned in compliance with internal and external procedures and polices.
Provide expertise to perform HSE support to TPD operations, including local HSE Management System setup, Safety Assessments, management of local governmental processes regarding HSE aspects and HSE performance reporting (e.G.
BAYSIS, Intelex).
Responsible for keeping all the HSE and QMS documents, records and studies controlled and updated, to adequately respond to any legal requirement and internal regulations.
Manage of 2055 Policy implementation.
Monitor and ensure the timely registrationof information (Safety Observations, BBS, Non Conformities, Incidents and Accidents) In established systems, to generate the key performance indicators (KPI) of TPD's safety and environment.
Analysis of safety trends and root cause incident analysis, site inspections to generate corrective and preventive actions of HSE and QMS, assuring all necessary resources for implementation, maintenance and effectiveness evaluations as well as training and certification programs corresponding toeach case.
Demonstrate leadership in conducting internal audits, crosschecks, sheduled inspections to measure the performance of established HSE and QMS programs.
Ability to create season and long term goals for the team that align with organizational strategy and vision.
Elaborate high level reports on HSE and QMS progress, include indicators, presentations and lead meetings proposing solutions.
Establish strong relationships and connections with internal and external teams that help generate operational trust and confidence in compliance with all operational and legal requirements (STPS, SEMARNAT, CONAGUA, PROFEPA, Civil Protection, etc.
Development of support material for training focused on compliance with Environmental and Health and Safety Requirements, acting as a facilitator, trainer and coordinator in HSE and Quality incidents investigations.
Set HSE & QMS priorities for the nursery team in alignment with LT for the site.
Realization, obtaining, renovation and fulfillment of Industrial Hygiene measurements and studies, required by the applicable norms and standards.
Ensure the HSE compliance training and inspections in sites operations to ensure compliance with occupational safety, environment and health standards.
Supervise the administration and proper use of PPE.
Development of improvement projects aligned with TPD&SSHE LATAM strategy.Skills:Bachelor education (Engineering /Agronomy).
Desirable specialization in areas such as Safety, Health, Environment and management systems.
Intermediate level of English language is required Desirable 4 years working as an Engineer, HSE Engineer or Quality Process Engineer.
