We are currently seeking a HSE Site Traffic Coordinator, reporting directly to HSES Manager to join our team based in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico.
**About the Job**The duties and responsibilities for this role are as follows:- Act as a champion for Company's efforts to improve driving performance.- Serve as SME for transportation regulations.- Serve as resource to provide driver training and hands-on evaluation, as requested.- Conduct quantitative and qualitative assessments to identify risks associated with heavy trucking operations.
Involve assets in developing action plans as needed.- Conduct assessments and provide support for driving safety activities for drivers.- Monitor incident trends and perform root cause investigations.- Present findings and safety trend analysis reports to management and other audiences.- Monitor/research new/existing government regulations and interpret the impact to the region.- Develop and deliver presentations regarding road safety performance.- Share/gain logistics best practices.- Assist in monitoring and improving sub/contractor road safety performance.We offer you not only a job, but an inspiring journey in a truly global environment where you team up to break down boundaries thanks to the innovation, creativity and pioneer spirit which drive our people.
**About You**We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:**EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE**:- To be considered for this role, applicants must have the following qualifications:- Ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of sub/contractor organizations.- Experience in transportation and/or road safety.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:In addition to the required qualifications, the successful applicant is likely to be able to demonstrate the following:- Professional safety certification (OHST, CHST, CSP).- College degree preferred but not required.
