**HSE Supervisor**

**What you'll do**:

- Ensure and audit according to regulations and standards from Operations
- Participate in the environmental analysis from the manufacturing process and final product through the stablished system
- AAM Quality Management system follow up
- Comply with organizational and department objectives
- Department's budget control
- Responsible for Team's development in technical and soft skills

**What is required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar
- 4 or more years of previous experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of legal requirements (STPS, SEMARNAT, IMSS, SAA), CTPAT, OEA, Ergonomics, Risk Management
- Certified as internal auditor for ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
- Required to be fluent in English
