(Mandatory)Certifications: Applicable safety certification or diploma in QHSE-related legislation and topics.Technical Knowledge: Practical knowledge of QHSE management systems (ISO 14001, 45001, and 31000).Language: Intermediate English.Additional Qualifications: Registration with STPS as an external trainer (desirable).Certifications: ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Auditor certifications (desirable).Mandatory Requirements:3 to 5 years of experience in SASISOPA with comprehensive knowledge of QHSE regulations and requirements.Strong leadership and teamwork skills.Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure.Availability to travel and work flexible hours.Valid driver's license.Responsibilities:Support assigned sites in planning and executing operational program activities.Assist in the development of the annual QHSE training plan.Create safety audit checklists and collaborate with area managers and supervisors for conducting audits.Support sites in planning and conducting QHSE drills as needed.Perform QHSE data validation checks and assist sites in identifying environmental improvement projects.Provide training on risk assessment processes and support supervisors in developing risk assessments for their activities.Develop site-specific PPE programs, including PPE selection and employee training.Assist in maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system certifications.Lead and manage internal and external QHSE audits at assigned sites.Develop site-specific compliance programs, including applicable permits, licenses, and regulatory reports, and support site leadership in promoting compliance.Create site-specific QHSE programs/procedures as needed and conduct periodic reviews.Lead and collaborate with site leadership teams to effectively implement QHSE programs/procedures.Develop a site-specific waste management plan and assist sites in identifying reduction opportunities.Support incident management, including incident classification, investigation, and action item creation.Implement the Safety, Health, and Environment Program by supporting the QHSE Management, Engineering, and Operations Leadership teams.Ensure compliance with the Comprehensive QHSE Training Program, including induction courses, monthly topics, and high-risk work training both in-person and online.Establish and enforce the Risk Prevention Program to minimize incidents through training and monthly personnel record validation
