The Hub Manager is responsible for the daily management and operation of a delivery station within an e-commerce network. This position includes supervising staff, coordinating logistics, optimizing processes, and ensuring packages are delivered on time and efficiently.
1. Operational Management: Supervise and direct the daily activities of the hub, ensuring that packages are received, sorted, and distributed to our local delivery services partner efficiently. Ensure all station procedures are followed in accordance with company standards and local regulations.
2. Team Leadership:Recruit, train and manage station personnel, warehouse employees, and administrative staff. - Motivate the team to achieve performance goals and provide continuous feedback to improve productivity.
3. Process Optimization:Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, reducing costs and improving workflow efficiency. - Implement technological solutions and continuous improvement practices to optimize station performance.
4.Quality Control:Ensure that all packages are handled and delivered correctly, minimizing damage and loss. - Monitor key performance indicators (OKRs) and perform analysis to ensure delivery objectives are met.
5. Logistics Management:Coordinate with other departments, such as transportation and customer service, to resolve delivery-related issues. - Plan and adjust delivery schedules to maximize route efficiency and delivery times.
6.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations, as well as relevant local and national regulations. - Manage the necessary documentation for audits and quality controls.
7.Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently and professionally. - Work closely with the customer service department to ensure a positive delivery experience.
8.Budget Management: Control and manage the station's budget, constantly looking for ways to reduce costs without sacrificing service quality. - Report to senior management on expenses and operational efficiency.
