**A Snapshot of Your Day**:
This individual will partner with the Head of Hub Operations to guide projects and new leases from inception to execution.
**How You'll Make an Impact**:
- Financial management/control of major hub responsible projects between € 1'5 and € 50'0 including office and industrial fit out in the Americas to ensure projects are achieved within agreed timelines & budgets!
- Close collaboration with the RE Americas Hub Operations team ensuring accuracy of forecast and budget
- Financial management/control of all Hub Americas lease in & lease out projects, including renewals and maintenance projects
- Primary interface for global RE FIN and other financial support functions on issues relating to Maintenance and Capex.
- Financial incl. accounting management of all purchase and sale topics
- Center of Competence in the Americas for the implementation of RE FIN global standards on accounting statements, OnePM
- Preparation of option comparisons/cases, supporting the development of Location Concepts, Site Selections & I Applications in RE AM
- Establishes and keeps close working collaborations in SCM, Legal, Tax, RE AM Zones & Regions.
- Interface towards the RE Customers / Partners, SE RE Hub Operations, and the Americas Accounting Hubs.
**What You Bring**:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance related degree or equivalent
- 10+ years core experience in accounting/controlling/commercial financial management
- Strong team leader, able to build alliances and handle peers
- Ability to influence senior management on their assigned RE topics
- Advance Knowledge of Siemens Energy business, organization, processes and internal customer requirements
- Advance Knowledge of project controlling
- Knowledge in multiple corporate real estate financial matters, e.g. financial option comparison methods, balance sheet & cash implications on projects and decision making
- Knowledge of related principles, maintenance guideline, standards and processes preferred
- Advanced Knowledge of SAP
- English fluency required
- Customer orientation as the competent partner to RE Americas Head of Hub Operations and RE FIN AM
- Knowledge of IFRS 16
- Knowledge of contract management
- Advanced communication, negotiation and social competency
- 5+ years in significant Real Estate functions
- Experience with Think Cell® add-on tool
- Spanish and/or Portuguese
