Job DescriptionWorks on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where judgment is required to resolve problems and make routine recommendations. Normally you do not receive instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments.LEVELING REQUIREMENTS- Education/Experience:_ Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations or similar, 2 to 3 years of experience.- GENERAL ACTIVITIES:_Area manager for support in night shifts.Provide support and follow-up to canteen services and personnel transportation.General knowledge of the RIT.General knowledge of the LFT.Attention and monitoring of labor cases.Management of Tress, Workday, IDSE, SAP system programs.Responsible for the process involving withdrawals, scanning, filing and control of file management.Management of induction issues for new staff.Take tours of the production areas.Audits to the dining service provider.Preparation of disciplinary measures.Support in the delivery of products from the Recognition Program
