Being bilingual in English and Spanish is required for this position.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvides guidance, service, solutions, and training to management and all levels of employees.Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and retention.Assists with recruiting and reviews employment applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.Investigates and assists in resolving employee complaints. Assists management with disciplinary and termination meetings.Coordinates the administration and communication of employee benefits.Plans and directs annual open enrollment.Records and completes unemployment claims.Creates and maintains employee files.Regular attendance and punctuality are required due to working with people, items, and equipment that are at the facility.Job SpecificationsRequires bachelor's degree or equivalent.
