As an integral part of our global HR department, you will play a vital role in managing core HR functions, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws, and supporting employee development.
Our ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, focused on achieving personal and department goals, and can build rapport and trust with employees.What You Will Do as a USANA HR GeneralistAct as the main point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive workplace culture.Ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations, including IMSS, INFONAVIT, and Ley Federal del Trabajo.Manage the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent for the market.Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate processing of salaries, taxes, and benefits.Implement and enforce HR policies in alignment with corporate standards and local laws.Support performance management processes and assist in resolving employee relations issues.Identify training needs and facilitate employee development programs.Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems for data management.Background and Skills You Will NeedBachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.Minimum of three years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in Mexico.Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and HR compliance requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
