Job SummaryMaintains the design, configuration, and administration of one or more human resources systems. Consults with the organization on system processes, efficiencies, and usabilityMajor Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities- Configures and implements business process upgrades and system enhancements, leads testing and data validations, maintains data integrity, and ensures that overall system performance is aligned with business objectives.- Works closely with internal stakeholders to gather and define system requirements, provide recommendations, document changes for change control purposes, design and implement solutions, and ensure ease of use and user adoption.- Prepares and edits reports and user-friendly dashboards to make proactive and solution-driven business recommendations.- Creates, reviews, and participates in scheduled functional testing for system fixes, upgrades, patches, and maintenance.- Owns security access and functionality in assigned systems. Guides and teaches business users on system functionality to achieve maximum value and output. Champions and communicates system changes and benefits.- Partners with information technology teams to understand and prepare for integrations, migrations, uploads, and upgrades.- Develops and drives ongoing system strategies, identifies best practices, and evaluates and recommends new technologies.Nature and Scope- Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations. Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems. Makes decisions under conditions of uncertainty, sometimes with incomplete information, that produce effective end results.- Independently performs assignments with instruction limited to the expected results. Determines and develops an approach to solutions. Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues.- May oversee the completion of projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc.Preferred Qualifications- Experience with either of the following HCM tools Success Factor, Oracle, Bamboo, Cornerstone or Workday.- Experience with performing HCM system configurations and set-up activities to support business requirements- Experience with Report Writer required- Strong data/statistical analysis skills and a keen focus on data quality, creative problem solving, and troubleshooting required- Acts as a liaison between Information Technology and the HR functional teams- Develops and maintain metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to support the business needs and provide data management upon request- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management required**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Experience**:- DevOps: 7 years (required)- Kubernetes: 3 years (required)
