.Looking for a bilingual Human Resource Leader for a call center.Job Overview: The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and oversee Payroll, Accounting, and procurement.This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and foster a positive work environment.Salary: Up to $6,500 Net weekly pay (depending on experience) + Law BenefitsRequirements:2+ years of experience in human resources, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.G., HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems).Must be onsite in the Tijuana office.English Fluent, both written and verbal.Charismatic and influential leadership abilities.Meticulous attention to detail, and accuracy.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Capable of working independently and as part of a team.Can manage multiple projects simultaneously.Effective at time-management and organizational skills.Stays current with industry trends and advancements.Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and other relevant tools.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.Ensure communication, notification, and documentation as part of managing the employee exit process which includes collecting company property, final settlement, benefits, and counseling within compliance of company policies and legal requirements.Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention.Oversee the performance appraisal/improvement process and provide guidance on goal setting, evaluations, and addressing performance issues.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company objectives.Conduct salary reviews and market research to make recommendations for adjustments.Administer employee benefits programs and address any related queries.Oversee the calculation of compensation, benefits, and incentives programs to be compliant with the Labor code.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Develop and update policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and best practices.Conduct regular audits to ensure practices are compliant with company policies and regulations
