**Description****What You Will Do In Your Role**:- Quickly build effective working relationships centered on trust by way of practical and strategic guidance across functions and teams- Collaborate with facility management team to build pragmatic and scalable workforce plan to enable success- Lead and manage the HR team at the site with specific focus to guiding, mentoring & directing the resources supporting HRBP, Training & Development, HR related communication, Employee Relations, Direct Labor Recruitment efforts- Liaise cross functionally with corporate resources, HR COE, Legal & Compliance to support business & employees in alignment with local legal requirements and corporate guidelines- Contribute to an agile, dynamic and sustainability focused workplace culture and inspire leaders to operate with an enterprise mindset- Align HR goals to site business goals, track & monitor the progress- Lead the implementation of corporate initiatives at the site- Overall responsibility for the accuracy of employee data in myHR and payroll systems- Support supervisors, managers & leaders in implementing our compensation philosophy- Manage Succession Planning, Key Employee Retention, High Potential Development & Internal Mobility initiatives at the site**The Experience You Will Bring**:**Requirements**:- Multi-lingual (English and Spanish)- Experience in Human Resources Management in Manufacturing industry- Prior experience providing end-to-end HR support, including organizational development, employee relations, talent management, performance management, development, employee engagement, and success planning activities.**What Will Put You Ahead**:- Prior experience supporting a manufacturing facility supporting automated and manual processes.- Prior experience in electronic manufacturing- Prior experience leading a team within a global, matrixed environmentMolex is part of the Koch group and for 80 years has been driving innovation in electronics, supporting industries from Automotive to Healthcare and Consumer to Data Communications.
