**job description**:

- Establishing compensation and benefit structure, advising on all compensation, rewards, performance management as well as benefits and wellness related issues / queries.
- Putting in place forward-looking strategies and plans to enable the company to recruit, motivate and retain our talents.
also setting up organization's recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes.
- Overseeing HR functions, review and monitoring of all policies, processes, systems and other initiatives.
- Comply with country labor law and policy, and adhere all internal policies and legal standards.
- Operating cost estimation and evaluating Office place selection.
**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- Speak English, Spanish, Chinese
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

**Language**:

- English, chinese and spanish (preferred)
