This is an individual contributor position who will report to the HR Business Partner and must be comfortable operating under mínimal supervision.This position reports directly to the HR Business Partner and will be located in remotely in Mexico or Brazil**How you'll make a difference**:- Support the coordination of programs, procedures, and improve department efficiency and effectiveness.- Prepare and analyze reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and company.- Maintain the accuracy of HRIS and other systems of record for employee support (personnel files, records, and databases), including uploading content and document management.- Assists HRBP's with record keeping and preparation of HR documents: DocuSigns, HR templates and documents.- May conduct exit interviews, stay interviews and perform analysis on feedback and report findings and recommendations to leadership as needed.- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment, benefits and payroll, file all necessary reports and paperwork, and report possible concerns that may arise (EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.).- Assist in creating content and potentially delivering for training and educating on various topics.**What you bring to the table**:- High degree of integrity, critical thinking and ability to work with confidential information- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities- Excellent communication, presentation, time management, decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills- Microsoft office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint- _Preferred skills/experience:_- Some college, Bachelor's preferred- HR experience in Software/Hi Tech industries**Please Note**:- This job does not require travel domestically or internationally,- This is a full-time, exempt opportunity.- Relocation will not be considered for this position.- At this time, visa sponsorship is not available
