As an HR Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department by analyzing data, maintaining HR systems, and ensuring that HR operations run smoothly.
You will collaborate with HR business partners to provide insights that drive decision-making and improve employee engagement, performance, and development.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities: Collecting and analyzing HR data to inform strategic decisionsMaintaining and updating HR systems and recordsAssisting in payroll processing and ensuring accuracySupporting talent acquisition processes including recruitment and onboarding activitiesConducting employee surveys and analyzing resultsPreparing HR metrics and reports for managementAssisting with employee engagement initiatives and program implementationsEnsuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policiesMinimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field1-2 years of experience in HR or a related roleStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HR softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionDetail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracyProactive attitude and a team playerFluency in English is requiredBenefitsBenefits higher than those required by lawProfessional growth and development (Both in Mexico, US, Canada, and Europe)Indeterminate ContractHybrid scheme
